By creating an account or using Cortyne, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent and have the right to share the proposal information you enter into Cortyne.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to misuse Cortyne or to use it for unlawful activity.

• Do not enter confidential information you do not have rights to share
• Do not attempt to access data that is not yours
• Do not disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform

You are responsible for the accuracy of the proposal and consortium information you enter. Cortyne helps structure and track that information but does not guarantee the success of any funding application.

Cortyne is free for universities. Paid plans apply to coordinators and commercial organisations. Fees are described at sign-up and may change with notice.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform.

Cortyne is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
