Questions about pricing.
What counts as one proposal?
One bid to one call, with all its partners and everyone on your team. Resubmitting the same bid to a later call is a new proposal.
Who pays?
Only the organisation that runs the bid. Partners, clients and colleagues you invite never pay and never need a licence.
Can I change modules during a bid?
Yes. Switch a module on at any time and pay only the difference to the bigger setup.
Why do Writing and Everything cost more?
They include the Application documents module, which uses the most Cortyne AI, for example to read the documents you bring and to check sections against the work plan. The price includes that AI use, subject to the fair-use terms for each proposal.
Who reviews AI-assisted results?
Your team reviews and approves suggested content and partner communications. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so official funder rules and your own checks remain authoritative. Customer proposal data is not used to train foundation models.
What happens to founding prices after 30 April 2027?
Founding prices are open to organisations that start before then. What you buy before that date keeps its founding price.
How do we pay?
We send an invoice for each proposal, bundle or licence. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT where it applies. Our commercial terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
